Sun Eagle Corporation is a 44-year old General Contractor. We build commercial buildings throughout Maricopa County. We are presently interviewing for a full-time COMMERCIAL BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT for various commercial, municipal and government projects. Most of our projects exceed $5 million in value. Preference will be given to applicants who have NEW BUILDING construction experience.

Applicants must have 1-to 5-years' experience as a primary Superintendent on their resume.

Required experience includes:

• Managing weekly meetings with owners/architects
• Manage subcontractor scheduling meetings
• Provide 3-week look-ahead schedules, 30-hour OSHA certification
• Daily safety walk inspection
• Manage all subcontractors
• Write all RFI's, assist PM with monthly draw applications
• Review submittals and shop drawings, etc. Computer skills necessary.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
