Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of our company, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards of quality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of our specialty services, behavioral health, physical therapy, and laboratory departments to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across all service areas.
  • Work closely with the management team to set operational goals, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and practices, maintaining a safe and effective environment for patients and staff.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations team and across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop operational staff, ensuring a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and take proactive measures to address them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
