Entry Level Sales Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team.

You will provide advice and insight into all of our products relating to your customer's needs. It really is about knowing, understanding, and empathizing with our loyal customers.

To be a successful sales assistant within our business you are required to have strong values, high levels of energy and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to all our customers. The successful candidate will need to have a hunger for growth approach, with a genuine Hunger to deliver on Sales Targets.

About the role:

• You must have great product knowledge so you can give outstanding service to our customers

• Be a fast learner because there are a lot of systems and processes you need to learn quickly

• Deliver outstanding customer service while also achieving sales budgets

• While you are not busy serving customers there is plenty of maintenance required like putting out sales tickets and sales training

• Ability to resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
