Job Openings:

PT Days: every other weekend 6am-2pm

Flex Days: One weekend a month required 6am-2pm.

PT PMs: every other weekend 2-10pm.

Flex PMs: One weekend a month requirement 2pm-10pm

Night Shift

Purpose of Your Job Position:

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide your residents with assistance in meeting scheduled needs as outlined in the care plan/service plan and in assisting with unscheduled needs when required according to established facility policies and procedures and as may be directed by your supervisor.

Delegation of Authority:

As a CNA/NA/CMA you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties in providing resident cares/services.
