Receptionist

Independent Financial Group (IFG) is seeking a Receptionist to join the Facilities team. The Receptionist is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, vendors, telephone calls, and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support office services and the presentation of a professional office. If you have great communication skills, are extremely professional with a strong focus on customer service, then you may be right for this position.

What You'll Do

• Manage 150+ inbound calls per day
• Manage multi-line phone system and voicemail
• Apply critical thinking to route calls correctly and effectively
• Greet clients and assist with office visits
• Take accurate messages and relay them accordingly
• Maintain office meeting conference room calendars
• Receives and processes shipments and mail
• Provides general administrative support to the office as needed
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in answering multi-line phone system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Ability to grow and adapt with changes within the position, as well as the organization
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff
• Previous Office Assistant/Receptionist experience in the financial industry, a plus
