Metairie, Louisiana: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a Direct Hire opportunity with a local engineering firm. 

Essential Duties:
• Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual. • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. • Maintaining the reception area and conference rooms neat and organized. • Assisting with administrative tasks such as shipping and tracking equipment. • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for engineers. • Providing general administrative support to various departments as needed. • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.

Requirements/Skills:
• Proven experience in a law firm, accounting firm, or engineering environment preferred. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit, stand, and operate office equipment for extended periods.
