Construction Laborer

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers for our steel pier installation projects. As a Steel Pier Installer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our experienced crew with various tasks involved in the installation and maintenance of steel piers. This is a physically demanding job that requires working in outdoor environments and may involve heavy lifting, digging, and operating machinery.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 7a-5pm Monday - Thursday

Location: Littleton, CO (NOT BUS ACCESSIBLE - must have car)

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the setup and preparation of work sites for steel pier installation projects.
• Carry out manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, excavating, and backfilling.
• Transport and load/unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Follow instructions from the lead installer and work collaboratively with the team.
• Operate hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required (not bus accessible).
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR screenings
