We take pride in building strong teams, strong communities, and structures that last. We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable Construction General Laborer to join our crew.

Position Overview

As a General Laborer, you will support our construction crews on active job sites throughout the Milwaukee area. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that plays a critical part in keeping our projects moving safely and on schedule. Whether you are new to construction or a seasoned laborer, if you show up ready to work and take pride in what you do, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters + painters) with daytoday tasks on active construction sites
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas
  • Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized job site at all times
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (drills, saws, vacuums, etc.)
  • Erect and dismantle dust protection, barricades, and temporary structures
  • Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project managers
  • Requirements
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Capability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 80 lbs. regularly
  • Reliable transportation to Milwaukeearea job sites
  • Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
  • Punctual, dependable, and safetyconscious attitude
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in construction or a laborintensive trade (not required — we will train the right candidate)
  • OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
