Job description

We are currently hiring Construction Laborers in Monterrey Park, CA to support active construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced job site environment.

Construction Laborers will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general job site cleanup while working alongside project supervisors and skilled trades.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general construction site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment
  • Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials such as lumber, drywall, concrete, and equipment
  • Load and unload construction materials, tools, and supplies
  • Remove debris and dispose of materials according to site safety guidelines
  • Assist skilled trades when needed (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
  • Set up and break down job site equipment and materials
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements

  • Previous construction labor experience preferred but not required
