Job description

We are currently hiring Construction Laborers in Hanford, CA to support active construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced job site environment.

Construction Laborers will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general job site cleanup while working alongside project supervisors and skilled trades.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general construction site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment
  • Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials such as lumber, drywall, concrete, and equipment
  • Load and unload construction materials, tools, and supplies
  • Remove debris and dispose of materials according to site safety guidelines
  • Assist skilled trades when needed (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
  • Set up and break down job site equipment and materials
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements

  • Previous construction labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
