Position Summary

The General Laborer supports concrete and civil construction operations by performing a wide variety of physically demanding, handson tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, using tools and equipment, and being part of a team that builds lasting infrastructure.

Candidates with farming or agricultural experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as this background often aligns well with the physical, mechanical, and teamwork aspects of the role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with concrete operations including forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
  • Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup
  • Operate hand tools and small equipment as directed
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe jobsite
  • Work collaboratively with foremen, operators, and crew members
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in construction, concrete, farming, ranching, or agricultural work preferred
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work day or night shifts, including Saturdays if required
