Job Description Job Description Northern Staffing Services is hiring a reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborer / Electrical Construction Helper for Wilmot Electric located in Charlevoix, MI. This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous construction or job-site experience who is looking to gain additional hands-on experience. Electrical experience is not required.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a construction environment, following directions, using basic hand tools, and assisting with a variety of tasks to help keep the job site running efficiently. Responsibilities Assist the licensed electrician with daily job-site tasks Pull and help organize wire and materials Retrieve tools, equipment, and materials as needed Assist with job-site setup and cleanup Load, unload, and move materials around the job site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow instructions and safety procedures Perform general labor and other tasks as assigned Work effectively as part of a team Qualifications Previous construction or construction-site experience preferred Electrical experience is not required Comfortable working in an active construction environment Able to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team Basic familiarity with hand tools is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to work, and comfortable on a construction site. This position is primarily a helper/laborer role, making it a great fit for someone with general construction experience who wants to learn and gain additional skills while working alongside a licensed electrician.
