The Construction Laborer plays a vital role in supporting residential construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and assisting with different phases of construction including demolition, remodeling, and finishing work. Working primarily in small teams, this role reports to the Site Supervisor and requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and following instructions to ensure efficient project completion.
