Job description : general labor for construction and property management company.

Learning a skilled trade while working with our maintenance technicians. Should be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs if we need a hand or carry a bundle of shingles up a ladder occasionally. Currently doing a lot of painting.


10+ year company with year round Local work is looking for another friendly person to join the team.

Must live within 20 minutes of downtown Flint MI.

Earn good money with a small but GROWING family owned home improvement, renovation, and property management company that renovates and maintains rental houses, only in nice neighborhoods in Flint in Genesee County. All of the rehab and renovation jobs are on vacant houses that we own and remodeling to rent out.

We currently have several employees and contractors, and looking for a laborer who is willing to learn and advance.

OPPORTUNITY TO GET PAID HOURLY AND Work 50 to 70 hrs per week. Its up to you to decide how much you want to work & earn. You set your own schedule. We work 6-7 days a week 8-12 hrs a day. We are highly motivated by money, very ambitious, take pride in our work and looking for the same. If you just want to punch a clock 40 hrs / wk this is NOT the job for you.


Must be Honest, good manners, have own vehicle. Previous experience not required.
