Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing debris and eliminating hazards
Set up and remove barricades and safety equipment as directed
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision
Assist carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades
Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials as needed
Perform basic measurements and mark reference points
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Wear required PPE at all times
Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents promptly
Support crew leaders, foremen, and superintendents with daily jobsite tasks
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous construction or manual labor experience is helpful but not required
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
Valid drivers license may be required for certain roles
