General Laborer Foundation Repair
Pay: $15$18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time

Job Summary
As a Laborer, you will work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, assisting with foundation repair and construction tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, good customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and supplies
Dig trenches and level dirt, sand, or gravel
Mix and pour concrete as needed
Operate hand tools and power tools safely
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Drive company work trucks when required
Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, foundation repair, concrete work, or related field preferred

Valid drivers license required

Reliable transportation to and from the shop daily
