Hiring for a Construction General Laborer at the New Titan's Stadium in East Nashville, TN

Job Description

This role supports a large new construction project by performing a wide range of general labor and site cleaning duties. You help maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site by handling material movement, debris removal, and basic housekeeping tasks across the project area.

Responsibilities

  • Sweep floors and keep work areas clean and free of debris throughout the job site.
  • Pick up trash and construction debris regularly to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
  • Vacuum or remove standing water when it rains to help prevent slips, trips, and falls.
  • Move construction materials safely and efficiently from one location to another as directed.
  • Support general site clean-up, including organizing materials and tools in designated areas.
  • Assist with basic construction-related labor tasks as needed on a new construction job site.
  • Follow construction safety practices and site rules at all times.
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
  • Work cooperatively with hoist operators, other laborers, and trades to support daily operations.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working as a general laborer on a construction job site, ideally on new construction projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
