Position Overview
Winterset Woodworking is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily production operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands on work, operating in a fast paced manufacturing environment, and contributing to a collaborative team. The General Laborer will assist with material handling, machine support, assembly, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload wood materials and finished products
Assist machine operators with setup and production support
Sand, cut, assemble, and package wood products as needed
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Maintain a clean and organized production area
