Job description

MyMichigan CardioVascular Institute in Saginaw is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Interventional Cardiologist with Structural Heart training to join our growing team.

Our cardiac team offers comprehensive clinical services including a Structural Heart Program with TAVR and a robust research program. Will consist of seeing clinic patients, hospital rounds and procedures

  • Advanced cardiac support devices: Impella, Balloon pumps, Temporary pacers
  • Structural Program: PFO closures, TAVR, LA appendage occlusion, MitraClip repairs
  • Group performs approximately 125-150 diagnostic/interventional procedures per month
  • EECP - the only one in mid-Michigan for patients with refractory angina
  • Largest cardiac research and clinical trials in mid-Michigan region
  • Call is shared equally
  • 1:4 weekend call
  • Office space is located across the street from the hospital, MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw
  • Resident teaching opportunities
  • APP support
Requirements
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiology & Structural Heart Interventional Cardiology
  • Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
  • AHA approved BLS Certification
