Job description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction General Laborers to support various construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist skilled trades, maintain job site cleanliness, and perform physical tasks essential to keeping projects running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades as needed
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Prepare and clean construction sites, including debris removal
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
  • Dig trenches, backfill, and perform site preparation tasks
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned by site supervisors
Requirements
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety preferred
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
