The Home Comfort Advisor is responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations focused on HVAC, comfort and efficiency. The primary job duties for this position are:

• Identifies, pre-qualifies and calls on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of Company service offerings
• Presents HVAC system replacement options
• Presents financing options
• Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
• Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
• Follows up on sales leads and lists, both self-generated and via other sources
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Develops proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree in related field preferred
• Prior Sales experience required
• HVAC trade experience preferred
• Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
• Strong relationship
• Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel

This position is a Full-Time, year-round position that is a commissioned based position. This position is in the Myrtle Beach SC area.
