Location: Plymouth, MN

Hourly Rate: $23-$25 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor printing machinery to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain printing equipment for optimal performance.
• Inspect printed products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Print Operator in a manufacturing or printing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts (6 am - 6 pm, 6 pm - 6 am).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating printing machinery.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
