Large printing company located in Mandeville, Louisiana is hiring for a full-time Printing Tech Operator.
Hours are Monday - Friday. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Occasional over-time or weekend printing may be required to meet deadlines. Looking for experienced operator. Pay is negotiable based on large flatbed printing operating experience.
DUTIES PRIMARY:
  • Operate large format printer machines.
  • Perform printing jobs in a timely manner to stay on print schedule.
  • Maintain equipment, perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintain written equipment failure log report on Digitech and Tauro Printing machines.
  • Experiment with new medias.
  • Quality control of prints.
  • Check for color correctness.

DUTIES SECONDARY:
  • Operate Esko Cutter.
  • Operate Roll printing equipment.
  • Help maintain clean, organized work environment.
  • Assist with finishing, hemming, laminating and packaging jobs as requested.
  • Assist with daily and weekly trash removal from facility.
  • Learn more about software programs and capabilities.
  • Support all other areas in printing area as needed.
  • Must be dependable and punctual.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
