Job description

Position: Large Format Print Operator

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $18.00

Hours: 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm with occasional overtime

Location: Gilberts, IL 

Requirements: Resume, Interview,Background Check, Drug Test, E-Verify


We are seeking a motivated Large Format Print Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in large-format printing; however, we are open to training the right individual. This position also offers the opportunity for growth, with strong performers potentially advancing into a departmental management role over time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate large-format printing equipment, including loading and unloading 9mm 49" x 121" sheets
  • Prepare and send print files using RIP software (Caldera)
  • Adjust and edit files as needed, including color corrections
  • Perform color matching to ensure quality and consistency

Qualifications:

  • Experience with large-format printing and RIP software (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in color accuracy
  • Ability to handle large materials and work efficiently in a production environment
