Job description

Now Hiring: Wide-Format Print Production Associate

Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wide-Format Print Production Associate to join our production team. This position focuses primarily on the finishing side of wide-format printing, including laminating, mounting, trimming, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment.

We are not looking for an expert. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Experience with wide-format printing materials and RIP software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review job tickets and complete orders accurately and on time.
  • Produce and finish rigid signs, banners, and other large-format graphics.
  • Perform laminating, mounting, trimming, and other finishing tasks.
  • Prepare completed projects for shipping and delivery, including custom packaging when needed.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow quality standards and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assist with sewing or hemming projects when applicable (a plus, not required).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in print production, sign production, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with laminating, mounting, trimming, or other finishing processes is helpful.
  • Familiarity with large-format printing materials and substrates is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills required; experience with RIP software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced production environment.
