SpeedPro Boston Metrowest is seeking a talented individual to join our Print Production Team in our fast growing Studio. Do you love producing beautiful graphics?
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project details and confirm specifications of production work
  • Execute production of graphics on various machines including flatbed printer, roll to roll printer, plotter and CNC machine
  • Perform finishing work to complete customer projects
  • Conduct detailed quality checks throughout the production process by thoroughly reviewing work orders and inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality standards.
  • Operate and perform routine maintenance on large-format printers and associated equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Track material usage and inventory levels; promptly notify the production manager, center manager, or franchise owner when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including production and storage areas.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to team needs and project requirements.
Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Sign industry experience
  • Experience with RIP software, large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
  • Proficient with Graphic design software (this is not a graphic design position).
  • Excellent math skills and proficient with measurements
  • Bonus: Installation experience
