Position Summary
This position will be responsible for assisting Security Manager with day to day personnel, education and COMSEC tasks. Position requires an Active Top Secret Security clearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assisting in maintaining all facility data on National Industrial Security System (NISS).
• Assisting in security assessments and audits by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
• Assisting in personnel security functions Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and NBIS (clearance applications, foreign travel reporting, visit certification).
• Assisting in reviews of DISS and NBIS.
• Assisting in security education for Innoflight personnel as required by National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
• COMSEC Custodian – Assist in maintaining all COMSEC items as required by Innoflight operational security and NSA; oversee/execute all shipments both in and out of Innoflight, and oversee/execute paperwork for hand receipts.
• May include minimal travel as needed for various deliveries.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable and prior experience with DISS, NBIS, COMSEC, NISPOM, DCSA.
• Requires the ability to make sound decisions while staying within compliance of DoD regulations.
• Manage time effectively and be able to take independent action.
• Must be dependable, responsive, customer focused and possess the qualities of diplomacy, tact, excellent judgment, discretion and initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences at all levels of the organization both verbally and through written communications.
• Must be well organized, willing to work in a team environment, be able to prioritize tasking, and perform in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work an occasional off Friday or weekend.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is constantly required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequently required prolonged periods in stationary position at a desk entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to move, position self, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally transport up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers, far visual acuity, and peripheral vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.Salary range
$80,000.00 - $105,000.00However, Innoflight considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills. Employees may be eligible for profit sharing and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. In addition, Innoflight provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
