Do you have construction project management experience, such as conducting site visits, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations? DAILY SNAPSHOT

  • Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive action plan, encompassing schedules and the procurement process for subcontractors, ensuring efficient allocation of materials, time, labor, and other essential resources for project completion.
  • Assist with the creation of project plans and designs through the Requests for Information (RFIs) and Submittals process.
  • Produce subcontractor and vendor Commitments (Contracts) and Change Orders, along with Owner Change Orders and estimates using ProCore, under the supervision of the Project Manager.
  • Offer recommendations and conduct analysis on materials, equipment, scopes, and project practices to optimize project outcomes.
  • Evaluate the competency, capabilities, resources, and financial standing of vendors to ensure suitability for project requirements.
  • Supervise project development progress against the contract schedule, reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Utilize ProCore Budget to prepare and compare actual project development costs with estimates, with oversight from the Project Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have at least 2+ years project and construction management experience with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. This experience includes planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • You are familiar with MS Project and have used this for project planning and scheduling tasks and have experience utilizing Procore Financials (this is essential for the role!)
  • You are an excellent communicator and can effectively convey information to project stakeholders.
  • You are a planner and scheduler by nature and enjoy maintaining project schedules and anticipating potential bottlenecks.
  • You have a customer-centric approach and consistently look for ways to exceed expectations.
