Role Description

The Dental Receptionist role is a full-time on-site role based in Dayton, OH. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing excellent customer service. The Dental Receptionist will work closely with our dental team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the office.

Qualifications

• Appointment scheduling and Dental Care knowledge
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience with receptionist duties such as managing patient records and providing excellent customer service
• Proficient in computer software such as Softdent and electronic medical record systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a dental or medical office is preferred, but not required
• Experience with dental insurance benefit breakdown forms is preferred
