IT Support Specialist

Barton and Gray Mariners Club has revolutionized yachting with a fleet of 80+ Hinckley and custom vessels serving a private membership in harbors along the East Coast and Great Lakes.Our growing team is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage internal hardware and software, and implement solutions as needed. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent problem solving skills, the ability to communicate about highly technical matters, as well as the capability to adapt to new technologies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update MDM enrolled devices
Provide on-call technical support to internal stakeholders in in-person or remote settings
Monitor and maintain Barton & Gray’s email firewall and security.
Maintain office technology like printers and computer peripherals.
Configure and implement new network solutions and securities.
Implement and update hardware and software as needed.
Help oversee and update our 3rd party technical solutions including Adobe, JamfNow, Google Workspace (G-Suite), Verizon, etc.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in an IT admin or Helpdesk role required
Fluency in the Apple ecosystem
Experience with the Adobe product suite
Understanding of network connectivity (LAN/WAN) and basic security protocols (TCP/IP)
Practical experience working with firewalls, routers and printers
Strong technical and communication skills
Ability to stay up to date with multiple technical projects from conception to completion
Occasional weekend availability on an as-needed basis
Valid, unencumbered driver’s license
