We are looking for a competent Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate the effective distribution of goods. A great Warehouse Coordinator is honed in on their communication and time-management skills. They are well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively
• Initiate a hands-on approach in all aspects of the position
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet the needs and layouts expected by management and clients
• Communicate with suppliers and internal team in a timely manner
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to client/internal requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Delivery/pick up of goods on a daily basis from multiple locations/warehouses
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate a dolly
• Forklift operations experience is a bonus
• Valid Utah drivers license
• Other responsibilities as requested

Skills

• International shipping experience
• Proven experience as logistics coordinator and delivery driver
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (Shipstation, UPS, DHL, USPS, FedEx & Freight forwarding companies)
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and willingness to accept a constantly changing environment
• The ability to pivot without hesitation is imperative
