About this opportunity
The Warehouse Operations role is a key contributor to the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials in our distribution environment. As part of a small, close-knit team reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position executes core activities including inbound receipt, inventory management, picking and packing, outbound handling, and kitting. The role supports on-time customer delivery, high inventory accuracy, and ongoing improvement in warehouse performance.
The Warehouse Operations teammate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, works effectively across functions, and follows through on tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
What you will do
• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, kitting, and shipping while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Process orders and transactions accurately in the warehouse management system and related applications to support inventory accuracy
• Prepare, stage, and verify shipments to meet customer delivery requirements, including correct documentation, labeling, and packaging
• Support cycle counts and inventory control; investigate discrepancies and assist with corrective actions
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts and, where applicable, forklifts) safely and in line with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to handle last-minute requests and shifting priorities while maintaining customer focus
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety guidelines, housekeeping standards, and PPE requirements
• Communicate effectively to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and support cross-functional operations
The skills you bring
• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in supply chain, logistics, or a related area is a plus
• Experience with core warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and inventory control
• Ability to use a computer to process orders, manage email, and perform basic data entry
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with a warehouse management system; exposure to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license and operate material handling equipment as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and support effective resolutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, balancing multiple priorities and responding to last-minute requests
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures and manual labor
• Commitment to accuracy and quality, with a track record of supporting warehouse performance goals
• Reliable and punctual, with flexibility for overtime or schedule adjustments as business needs require

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health
Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
