Warehouse Operations Associate (Forklift Required)

A family owned fragrance distribution company is seeking a reliable, high-performance Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

This position requires experience operating a Bendi (narrow aisle) forklift as well as standard warehouse equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders with a high degree of accuracy
  • Operate Bendi (narrow aisle) forklift, standard forklift, and stock picker
  • Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts and stock accuracy
  • Label, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently
  • Accurately track and document inventory movements and activity logs
  • Support all warehouse operations as needed — no task too small
