NPW is seeking a highly organized, metrics driven, and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. If you enjoy mentoring a team and helping to create processes to improve efficiencies, then this is a great opportunity for you.

Who is NPW?
NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor. The Company has over 500 employees, 50 company owner locations in 14 states that include both stores and warehouses. NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors.
Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all areas of the warehouse. This includes labor, safety and production to ensure maximum efficiency to meet our service level agreement with both our internal and external customers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer Savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office
Proven leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to plan and schedule the work of others
Demonstrated time management and organization skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven proficiency in general personal computer application, as well as in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
Identify problems and opportunities pertaining to warehouse goals
Coordinates warehouse layout, zoning, and capacity requirements to maintain maximum productivity
Pick and pack parts, receive product to shelves
Understand and manage incoming and outgoing UPS/FED/USPS shipping procedures
Supervise a team to make sure they are performing their tasks to meet vendor and NPW standards
Corresponds with and maintains professional relations with vendors and suppliers
Educational and Skills Requirement:
Must have a min of 5 years' experience
Including warehouse operations, counter sales, and delivery operations
Managing P and L
Bilingual English/Spanish
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand and/or walk the duration of the shift
Climb stairs
Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
