Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Department: Operations

Reports To: General Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 4:30pm with O/T when required

Wage: $20.00 per hour with $1.50 shift differential when applicable

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations. You’ll:

  • Oversee AIB upkeep
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs and watering for Forklift.
  • Follow up on Forklfit check off sheets.
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and oversee the use of equipment and space.
  • Interface with customers to ensure requests are handled quickly and professionally.
  • Promote safety, organization, and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

Skills & Requirements
  • Experience coordinating teams and communicating effectively.
  • Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, sit, walk, twist, squat, and reach above shoulder level.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Forklift license (or ability to obtain one) and RF Scan device experience preferred.
