Scheduling Communication Coordinator Day Surgery PRN

Join our Day Surgery Team as a PRN Scheduling Communications Coordinator!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

1. Performs data entry related to charging, logging and quantifying Surgical Services Department activities.
2. Enhances the communication between Surgical Services, hospital departments and physician office staff.
3. Functions as a receptionist and remains professional and positive when dealing with stressful situations and multiple demands related to the operation of the Surgical Services Department.

Requirements:

Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Medical Terminology preferred.
• Certified Health Unit Clerk desired

Experience:

• 1 year in hospital as a unit clerk preferred.

SALARY RANGE

• ‎$20.41 to $30.02/hour + 14% PRN differential
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
