Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

We are manufacturers representative for over 60 manufacturers. We do business with 20 of those factories every week. We sell HVAC airside products to contractors, the majority of our business is repeat customers.

This position will be an in the office position and the hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Learn our products

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields(not required)
Familiarity with CRM platforms (not required)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail-oriented
Able to juggle several requests/orders

We are a small company of 23 employees. We have been in business for 75 years and have many repeat customers year after year.
