HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Experience:

• HVAC: 3-5 years (Required)

License's/Certifications:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)

Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting equipment, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to identify the root cause of problems
• Repair or replace defective parts or components in HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with HVAC equipment
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and components
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Skills:

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
• Ability to work in various environments including residential and commercial.
• Proficiency in equipment repair including air conditioning units and appliances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
