Viviano Flower Shop is currently hiring an experienced Professional Floral Designer/Sales Associate to join our talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design floral arrangements
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Answer and assist customer phone calls.
• Listen to customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 months experience as a professional floral designer at a retail flower shop within the past 5 years.
• Willing to complete a bench test as part of the interview process.
• Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
