CNC Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

The CNC Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will assist the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance responsibilities in our production facilities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Complete regular preventative and proactive industrial maintenance in all areas of the facility
• Operate standard maintenance tools, including power tools, basic hand tools, etc.
• Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines which includes mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical, welding, pipefitting, lubrication, pumps, etc.
• Be able to read and comprehend mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, loaders, and aerial lifts
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other maintenance functions as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Prefer to have previous industrial maintenance knowledge and/or experience
• Prefer to have an understanding of high pressure hydraulic systems
• Prefer to have previous electrical experience with heavy equipment/machinery
• Must be mechanically inclined and be able to troubleshoot and problem solve independently with minimal direction/supervision
• Prefer to have welding, torching, and cutting experience
• Must work well with people in a multi-cultural environment and have leadership abilities
• Prefer maintenance experience on Mazak Lathes, Brother Mills, and Mori Seiki CNC's

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Preferably have 2+ years related maintenance experience or combination of education and experience.
