About the Role
The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive- Real Estate Practice is the lead service strategist quarterbacking a substantial portfolio for a national insurance firm. Your #1 priority is client engagement & relationship management. You coordinate service deliverables, participate in strategic planning, and lead stewardship initiatives to meet the client’s insurance needs. Substantial subject matter expertise with large commercial real estate account is required to:
- Strengthen business partnerships
- Maximize opportunities for successful new business onboarding
- Address critical risk management issues
- Identify coverage gaps and coverage enhancements as well as guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, contract review, development deals, refinancing, etc.
- Integrate the delivery of all internal resources (service, claims, loss control, etc.)
- Prepare for renewals including presentation design and delivery
Skills & Experience
- Minimum eight (8) years of commercial insurance experience in a lead client service capacity with responsibility for consultation, program design, relationship management, brokering/placement negotiations, and resource allocation
- Extensive exposure to and work with complex real estate accounts
- Active state insurance license
Job Specs
Location: 100% remote, work from home available to qualified candidates. The team you'll support is based in California, so flexibility to work PST hours or travel for client and team meetings may be needed.
