Service Coordinator Overview;

We are looking for a well-organized shipping/receiving manager to join our team and share your talents delivering extraordinary customer satisfaction!

This position will find you utilizing your skillset to;

- Communicate directly with internal team members to deliver extraordinary customer care by fulfilling & shipping customer orders timely.

- Detailed & accurate preview of shipping information to ensure shipments arrive quickly and accurately

- Proper and secure packing of all products being shipped out

- Accurately weigh and measure items to ensure shipping companies supply accurate costs the first time

- Responding quickly to resolve any potential issues

- Discover and share innovative, creative, new ways to transport products to save the company & the customer money

Skillset Requirements:

- A general understanding of inventory management and shipping processes

- A general understanding of boxing and packing fragile products

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

- General computer skills to handle and fulfill orders

- Strong work ethic and service skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written

- Strong Record keeping and analytical skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Work well independently and on teams

- Thrives in a fast paced - yet fun industry

- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude

- Understanding of common business practices and procedures

- Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word

- Customer & Team Centric Focus

- Demonstrate alignment with company's goals and mission

- Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Starting Base)
