Pay Scale: $15.00/hour, depending on experience

Primary Job Function: As a Sheet Metal Duct Fabricator, you'll be responsible for creating sheet metal ductwork that carries air throughout HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial applications. This is a critical position which requires precision, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. Further, the candidate will continuously train in all aspects of the fabrication process establishing a base for future skill sets. The candidate will always provide an unmatched client experience and appropriately support and represent Sheet Metal Solutions mission and values.

Required Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Ability to follow and adhere to company safety program
• Follow written and oral directions
• Report to work on time each day
• Basic math skills
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
