Warehouse Coordinator/Driver Lead

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Coordinator and Driver Lead to manage our warehouse operations effectively as well as oversee our fleet. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate material moving equipment in our secure warehouse area.
• Handle inventory effectively, including maintaining records, ordering equipment, and ensuring timely destruction of products.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all fleet driver-related issues, including managing truck vendors for repairs and services.
• Master and train others on the operation of all fleet trucks.
• Oversee and ensure compliance for all driver logs and daily vehicle inspection reports.
• Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure all team members are compliant with operational standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in forklift operation and inventory reporting.
• Leadership skills and ability to set production schedules for shifts.
• Commitment to promoting and demonstrating a safe work environment.
• Must be able to achieve and maintain security certification and ensure compliance across the team.
• Class B CDL with a minimum of (3) three years of driving experience.
