Location - Cartersville, GA
Shift - Will work M-F 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
The purpose of the following is to provide an outline of goals, responsibilities, ability and knowledge required in order to successfully perform this job. The Warehouse Operator will assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations.
ย 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Follow all Safety Rules for Department and Entire Facility.
  • Operating a Forklift Truck to Clientย Standards.
  • Report any discrepancies or problems to the supervisor.
  • Help to efficiently carryout all product loading and unloading tasks.
  • Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Receive and process new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents.
  • Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items.
  • Properly scan and inventory incoming goods.
  • Unload, stack, move, and place products in appropriately designated areas.
  • Move and transfer products between various sections of warehouse as needed.
  • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts etc. to transfer and deliver goods.
  • Perform detailed manual inventory counts.
  • Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval.
  • Stack, shelve, and stage items for storage and shipment as necessary.
  • Fulfill and track outgoing orders.
  • Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment.
  • Double-check items to verify accuracy of outgoing orders.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required combination on experience and education
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training
