Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
Minimum of 2-5 years of litigation experience.
Strong communication and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Trial experience.
Experience in specific areas of law relevant to our practice.
