Maintenance

Our client in Beaver Dam is looking to hire for Industrial Maintenance on 1st shift! This company is a paper manufacturer. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that our equipment is functioning properly and that production goals are met. Maintenance students or recent graduates looking to build a career in maintenance are encouraged to apply. 
 

Pay: $20-30/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
•    Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
•    Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as they arise.
•    Work with production team to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
•    Provide a yearly maintenance budget
•    Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
•    Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•    High School diploma or equivalent
•    Previous experience in maintenance preferred.
•    Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
•    Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
