Job description
Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking 2-CNA’s for contract work. The individual/individuals must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekend shifts, able to work 12 hour shifts and willing to be mandated to meet the needs for the facility and requirements of the State of West Virginia. The approximate start date will be April 22, 2024
CONTRACT DETAILS:
- 6 month contract
- 12 hour shifts
- Up to 40 hours
CNA Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administers care in a long-term care environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients according to facility guidelines
- Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision
- Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor

CNA Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a valid license/certification in the state of West Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience
- Current CPR certificate
- Physically able to perform duties
Requirements: driver license, social, CPR, Physical, Two Step Tb, WV Cares background check, Drug screen, covid card or waiver, shot record
