Amazon North America Team Lead

Satechi is looking for a strong leader for our North America Amazon team. At Satechi, we are all about finding and meeting our customers’ needs, offering award winning Type-C hubs & adapters as well as a variety of charging accessories, computer peripherals, and smart home products. You will work closely with our digital marketing department working to develop, manage and grow our sales in assigned markets.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and develop a team of 2 Amazon Specialists, overseeing performance management, coordination, driving results and high performing and cohesive work environment.
• Manage Amazon’s operations in North America with responsibility for strategic leadership and successful execution.
• Analyze diverse data sets to develop result-based strategies, optimizing performance and achieving KPIs.
• Led the implementation of new strategies to increase the conversion rate, enhancing customer engagement and sales funnel efficiency.
• Be able to measure performance accurately weekly / monthly / quarterly.
• Maintain and manage account profitability to ensure consistent ordering and growth opportunity.
• Identify any weaknesses quickly and create a plan of action to correct.
• Be able to identify business growth areas within your customer base – focus and measure results.
• Fluently work with multiple departments to ensure success for Satechi & Amazon account.

Who you are:

• 3-5 years’ experience on Amazon Seller Central (Required)
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Advance in all Microsoft office properties with an emphasis on Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills

The pay range for this position in California is $80-90K annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
