Job Description:

As a Business Developer you will be a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning, relationship building, and innovative marketing initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and execute campaigns that drive revenue and brand awareness.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend Networking events to enhance company growth
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Build relationships with potential clients.
• Start and end client contracts
• Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Work close with Estimation team
• Study data and industry insights for informed business growth plans.
• Research and analyze existing client relationships; identify gaps or issues as needed.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to develop new business opportunities for the company.
• Find business prospects, partnerships, and collaborations to expand reach and revenue.
• Communicate effectively for collaboration and shared goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Knowledge in the HVAC field will be a plus
