Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide Project Support to complex projects that are completed around the world. Primary elements of this role:
• Project Support - Coordinate and update budget, logistics, and administrative related activities to support projects and their priorities. Projects require ongoing updating of status, scope, available resources to allow for project team members to make quality and timely decisions. Adherence to budgets, timelines and milestone deliverables is essential and this role directly supports these efforts.
• Client Satisfaction - Report generation and updating is a key success criterion of this role, using standard metrics and accounting principles helping to ensure stakeholders and clients can be provided with up to date and changes or possible changes to projects.
• Process and Procedure - Following and providing suggested enhancements to defined processes that drive resources, timelines, defined outcomes and services to be as effective as possible. This role is administrative at the core, though Triton expects all team members to participate in the process improvement process, ongoing learning, and discovering better.
This position is mostly administrative (60%) but also requires a project management background (20%) as well an accounting type of focus and function (20%). Aside from project support and the coordination/reporting on resources/budget/status, the ability to understand the technical solutions and integrations Triton provides, and how they are supported after they are implemented is critical to the success of this role.
Triton's Project Management team provides oversite and coordination of technology projects including client, scope, budget, resources, as well as schedule development and tracking for various mega yachts and organizations around the world. The person in this position will be a critical member of this team and a supporting resource to many others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the completion of international projects ensuring all deliverables are met, on time, and within budget.
• Effective verbal and written communication with internal customers on an on-going, proactive basis.
• Work with department managers to ensure updates and status requirements are supported and being met.
• Update Project schedule in coordination with appropriate resources.
• Support weekly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordination with the logistics team on equipment delivery and team travel.
• Escalation of project issues to management as needed.
• Coordination of approved internal and external project change orders.
• Verify project milestones and quality assurances have been met in line with schedule.
• Updating and auditing of project budgets including review with Sales/Management teams.
• Tracking of Project invoicing and billing through the project life cycle.
• Coordination of training and handover to clients and Operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams and Adobe

Education & Experience

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Project Manager or a role that required the management of timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and budgets.
• 3+ Years Project management experience desired
• Experience working with multiple teams and team members within projects lasting more than 2-3 months.
• Experience tracking budgets, developing budgeting tools and auditing financial related reports.
